Ingredients
2 cups Baking Mix (e.g., Bisquick)
1 lb Ground Sausage
4 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 cup Mayonnaise (for dip)
1 tbsp Mustard (for dip)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands until well combined.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
