Description

A savory and buttery Blackstone griddle noodle stir-fry with tender beef, crisp vegetables, and a rich garlic soy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz noodles (lo mein, yakisoba, or spaghetti), cooked and drained
  • 1 lb beef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat and add one tablespoon butter and olive oil.

2. Add sliced beef in a single layer and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through and caramelized, then move to the side.

3. Add broccoli, carrots, onion, and bell pepper to the griddle and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender.

4. Push vegetables aside, melt remaining butter, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

5. Add cooked noodles and spread evenly, then pour sauce over noodles and toss to combine.

6. Mix in beef and vegetables, stir well, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.

Notes

Slice beef thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness.

Prep all ingredients before cooking since griddle cooking moves quickly.

You can substitute chicken, shrimp, or tofu for the beef.

Adjust soy sauce for salt preference or use low-sodium soy sauce if needed.
