Ingredients
1/4 cup Frank’s RedHot hot sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 store-bought pizza dough ball
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing for drizzling
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or green onions
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, white vinegar, and onion powder.
Add the shredded chicken to the sauce mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface or a prepped pizza stone to your desired thickness.
Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the dough leaving a small border for the crust.
Top generously with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven and finish with a drizzle of ranch dressing and a sprinkle of chopped parsley or green onions.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for extra convenience. If you prefer more heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to your buffalo sauce mixture. To keep it moist, do not overbake past the point of the cheese browning.
