Instructions
1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
2. Season shrimp and salmon evenly with Cajun seasoning on all sides.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, then cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and cooked through.
4. In the same or separate pan, cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until flaky and cooked to your liking.
5. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Simmer until slightly thickened.
6. Return cooked shrimp and salmon to the sauce and gently simmer for 1–2 minutes to combine flavors.
7. Boil green beans until tender-crisp, then sauté with butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
8. Plate mashed potatoes, green beans, and seafood, then spoon garlic cream sauce generously over the top.
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp or salmon to maintain a tender texture.
Adjust Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.
For a richer sauce, let it simmer a little longer until it thickens slightly.
Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
