1 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortillas for serving
Fresh cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream for toppings
Instructions
Place the sliced bell peppers and onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place the chicken strips on top of the vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the marinade mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Once finished, gently toss the ingredients to coat with the juices.
Serve warm in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
