- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1.5 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 head iceberg lettuce (chopped)
- 16 fl oz Catalina dressing

3. In a large bowl, combine seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and shredded cheese. Mix well.
4. Refrigerate the mixture until ready to serve.
5. Just before serving, add Catalina dressing and toss to coat evenly.
6. Fold in crushed Doritos and serve immediately for best crunch.
Notes
Crush Doritos just before serving to keep them crispy.
You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
Add beans, olives, or corn for extra texture and flavor.
Adjust dressing amount based on preference.
