Description

A delicious way to enjoy salmon with a sweet and savory garlic butter honey glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for serving)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.

2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

4. Brush the glaze generously over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are fully coated.

5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

6. For an extra caramelized finish, broil the salmon for 2–3 minutes after baking.

7. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley and optional lemon slices, and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra caramelization, broil the salmon for 2–3 minutes after baking.

You can substitute maple syrup for honey for a slightly different flavor.

Serve with rice, vegetables, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
