These bite-sized garlic Parmesan cheeseburger bombs are packed with juicy beef, melted cheddar, and wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough—perfect for snacks, appetizers, or parties.
Ingredients
- Filling:
- Ground Beef: 1 lb (80/20 fat content recommended)
- Cheddar Cheese: 1 cup, shredded
- Garlic Powder: 2 tsp
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Black Pepper: 1 tsp

- Refrigerated Biscuit Dough: 2 cans (8 biscuits each)

- Butter: 2 tbsp, melted
- Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
- Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare all ingredients. Let ground beef sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Separate biscuit dough.
2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5–7 minutes with salt and pepper until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
3. Stir in garlic powder and half of the cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Add 1 tablespoon of beef mixture and 1 tablespoon cheddar cheese to the center.
5. Top with another flattened biscuit and seal edges tightly. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
6. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
7. Mix melted butter, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder. Brush over baked bombs immediately after removing from oven.

Substitute cheeses like mozzarella or pepper jack for variation.
Brush dough with egg wash before baking for extra crispiness.
Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce for added flavor.
