Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 1 ½ cups strawberries, sliced into rounds
- 1 ½ cups raspberries
- 1 ½ cups cherries, pitted and halved
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 ½ tsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped
Instructions
1. Whisk together agave, lime juice, lime zest, and mint until well combined.
2. Prepare the watermelon and berries and place them in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine.
4. Garnish with torn mint leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Not a fan of mint? Substitute with fresh basil for a different flavor twist.

Using a cherry pitter will make preparation easier. If unavailable, use a chopstick to push the pit out through the cherry.
